By accessing, purchasing, or using any course, digital product, or service offered by Elevate Early Educators LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Elevate Early Educators LLC. If you do not agree with any portion of these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

Our courses are designed to support individuals working in or preparing to work in early childhood education and child care settings; however, enrollment is not restricted exclusively to licensed professionals. Individuals under the age of eighteen (18) must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian prior to purchasing or accessing any course.

Access to purchased courses is granted for the duration of the course’s availability on our platform. Course availability may change due to updates, revisions, discontinuation, or operational decisions. Elevate Early Educators LLC reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any course, content, or service at its discretion without prior notice. Purchase of a course does not guarantee lifetime access unless explicitly stated in writing.

Certificates of completion may be issued upon successful completion of course requirements. Certificates are provided solely as documentation of course completion. Unless explicitly stated, courses are not approved for continuing education credits and do not constitute state-recognized licensure training. Completion of a course does not guarantee employment, professional advancement, licensing approval, or regulatory compliance.

All content provided by Elevate Early Educators LLC is for educational and informational purposes only. The Company does not provide legal, medical, financial, or regulatory advice. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation in any course meets the requirements of their employer, licensing agency, or governing authority.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. All fees are listed in U.S. dollars. Elevate Early Educators LLC does not offer installment plans at this time.

All sales are final. Refunds are not guaranteed and may be granted only at the sole discretion of Elevate Early Educators LLC administration. Downloadable materials are non-refundable under any circumstances. Approved refunds, if any, are issued as a courtesy and do not create an obligation for future refunds.

All materials provided through our courses—including but not limited to videos, written content, templates, graphics, logos, curriculum materials, and branding—are the exclusive intellectual property of Elevate Early Educators LLC and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use only. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, resale, recording, sharing of login credentials, or public display of materials is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of access and potential legal action.

Users agree to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully in any discussion forums, community areas, or membership spaces that may be provided. Harassment, discrimination, disruptive behavior, or unauthorized promotion is prohibited. Elevate Early Educators LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access for violations of these Terms without refund.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elevate Early Educators LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services. Participation in courses is undertaken at the user’s own discretion and risk.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within Minnesota.

All purchases made through Elevate Early Educators LLC are considered final. Refunds are not guaranteed and may be approved only at the sole discretion of administration. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing. Approval of a refund in one instance does not create a precedent or obligation to approve future requests.

Downloadable materials, digital resources, and completed course access are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Unauthorized copying, recording, redistribution, resale, modification, or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate termination of access and may be subject to legal remedies.

The Company reserves the right to remove content, suspend participation, or terminate accounts that violate community expectations without refund.

Elevate Early Educators LLC is committed to providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities. Accommodation requests should be submitted directly to the Company. Requests will be reviewed and addressed within reasonable operational capabilities. While we strive to ensure accessibility, certain limitations may apply based on platform functionality.

Certificates of completion are issued upon fulfillment of designated course requirements. Certificates confirm participation and completion only and do not constitute continuing education credits unless explicitly stated.
